Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Develop and execute strategies for new business development, focusing on corporate sales and key account management.
Identify new clients through hunting, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth.
Manage existing client relationships to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements :

2-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in media or advertising industries (ad sales, radio sales).
Strong background in field sales, retail sales, or corporate sales with a focus on new client acquisition.
Proven track record of success in business development and generating new leads.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
