Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute strategies for new business development, focusing on corporate sales and key account management.
  • Identify new clients through hunting, networking, and market research to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues that may arise.

Job Requirements :

  • 2-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in media or advertising industries (ad sales, radio sales).
  • Strong background in field sales, retail sales, or corporate sales with a focus on new client acquisition.
  • Proven track record of success in business development and generating new leads.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
