We are looking for a Data Analyst / Business Analyst to join our Cybersecurity Strategy & Transformation (Education & Awareness) team in Pune.

In this role, you will drive data-driven insights on user behaviour, engagement, and cyber risk metrics, while supporting requirements gathering, dashboard management, and process improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cybersecurity awareness and reporting across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, behaviours, and risk insights
• Manage and enhance dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Splunk)
• Support requirements gathering, design, and implementation activities
• Enable data automation through API integrations
• Deliver impactful data storytelling for stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with cybersecurity, analytics, and project teams

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experience in data analysis and business analysis
• Strong expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Splunk)
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Experience with requirements gathering and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and data storytelling skills
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and process improvement
