About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic candidates for an Inside Sales role, where you will connect with customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with customers
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable plans
• Pitch and sell NoBroker subscription services
• Maintain minimum 4 hours talk time daily
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Update customer data in CRM systems

Candidate Requirements:

• Age: 18 to 32 years
• Languages: English + Hindi / Tamil / Kannada
• Strong communication & convincing skills
• Sales-driven mindset
• Basic computer knowledge

Salary & Benefits:

• 17,000 30,000 Fixed Salary
• Uncapped Incentives (Up to 1,00,000/month)
• PF & ESI benefits
• Health Insurance up to 1 lakh
