About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Lead with a strong background in .NET and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading development teams, managing project delivery, and ensuring high-quality software solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end software development projects using .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, C#).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and high-performance applications.
- Manage and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance.
- Ensure integration with Microsoft Azure services, SQL Server, and other enterprise platforms.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 12+ years of experience in software development using Microsoft technologies.
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC/Web API, .NET Core, Entity Framework.
- Experience with front-end technologies like Angular/React, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (App Services, Functions, DevOps).
- Proficient in SQL Server and database design.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
