Job Description
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MCA or equivalent
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Proven track record of designing, implementing, and executing test plans and test cases.
- Experience in functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or JMeter.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA or HP ALM.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies. Ability to identify, isolate, and track bugs systematically
. Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB, CSTE) would be an advantage.
- Experience in testing web applications, mobile apps, and/or cloud-based solutions.
- Knowledge of database management systems and SQL queries.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience with security testing and knowledge of cybersecurity principles.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to report and document test results
