Project Role :Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)Project Role Description :Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of high-quality applications. You will focus on developing comprehensive testing strategies that encompass the entire application lifecycle, ensuring that quality processes and methodologies are effectively applied. By leveraging your business and functional knowledge, you will drive the implementation of key metrics to manage and assess the testing process, including test execution and defect resolution, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the project.Roles & Responsibilities:

Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Automated Testing, Java, Selenium.
- Strong in Java programming and hands-on experience on Java 8 and above features
- Strong REST API automation experience with REST Assured or others
- Good Experience with SQL, NoSQL and Database automation with Java
- Good Experience with UNIX
- Experience in Selenium UI automation
- Working experience with CUCUMBER, TestNG and other automation framework design
- Full understanding of SDLC, Test and Defect Lifecycle
- Working experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Quality Centre)
- Supports achieving CI / CD goals where automation can be integrated with build pipeline(s)
- Strong understanding of various testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
- Experience in developing and implementing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- Proficient in using test management tools to track and report on testing progress and results.Professional & Technical Skills:
