What Youll Do:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for BPO clients
• Source candidates via job portals, social media, references & databases
• Screen profiles & conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews & ensure strong follow-ups
• Achieve monthly hiring targets through successful joinings
• Maintain daily trackers & recruitment reports
• Ensure timely closures as per requirements

Who Can Apply:

• Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome
• Experience in International BPO Hiring is preferred
• Strong communication & convincing skills (mandatory)
• Candidates must be based in Delhi NCR
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach

Preferred Skills:

• Self-motivated & result-driven attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
• Basic understanding of recruitment process

Salary: 15k - 25k + Attractive Incentives (Based on Joinings)
