Lead Business Analyst - Product Owner @ Incedo

Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with deep experience in Banking preferably in consumer and business banking to lead multiple client solutions and platforms distributed across internal and client teams. Strategic, client-facing leader who can own multiple platforms, drive roadmap, and expand engagement opportunities while collaborating across distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis across multiple banking platforms and client solutions
• Define product vision, roadmap, and business priorities for existing engagements
• Identify opportunities to expand current platforms and introduce new capabilities
• Partner with Client Solution Leads to support new opportunity discussions and co-create solutions
• Work closely with business stakeholders across Consumer Banking, Business Banking, Credit Cards, Deposits, and Payments (B2B & B2C)
• Gather and translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories
• Manage and prioritize backlog aligned with business value and client goals
• Drive cross-team collaboration across distributed internal and client teams
• Support delivery execution, UAT, release planning, and rollout
• Support production Support team during production issues to ensure SLAs are met
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency
• Must be open to support in US morning hours

Must-Have Skills

• 12-15 years of experience in Banking / Financial Services working across different teams as a strategic Key leader
• Strong domain expertise in Consumer Banking and Business Banking
• Experience with Credit Cards, Deposits, and Payments (B2B & B2C)
• Experience leading multiple platforms and client engagements
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Experience in digital banking transformation
• Exposure to platform modernization initiatives

Good to Have

• Product Owner / Business Analysis certifications (CBAP, CSPO, SAFe)
• Experience in executing platforms or solutions in Data and AI.
