Job Opening: Hospitality Executive / Passenger Coordinator
Hiring Locations & Boarding Points
- Hyderabad Miyapur Metro Station (15 openings)
Language: Fluent Telugu + Basic English

Position Details
- Type: Full-time, Night Shifts
- Departures: Daily between 7:00 PM 11:00 PM
- Return: Next morning between 6:00 AM 11:00 AM
- Duration: 1012 hours round trip
- Pattern: ~6 hrs up journey at night + ~6 hrs return in the morning
Salary & Benefits
- Freshers: 17,000/month
- Experienced (6 months 5 years): 18,000 22,000/month
- Bonus (Hyderabad & Chennai only): 12,000 paid in 3 instalments (2nd, 4th, 6th month)
- Incentives: 2,000 10,000/month (ticket sales, feedback, reviews, spot bookings)
- Perks: Insurance, Free Dinner, Wi-Fi, GPS access,
- Toilets & Cleaning staff available in the bus, 2 Drivers per bus
Responsibilities
- Ensure passenger comfort & safety during travel
- Clarify passenger queries and provide assistance
- Manage spot bookings & promote return journey tickets by offering discounts (incentives paid)
- Collect passenger feedback, ratings & reviews (incentives paid)
- Provide amenities (Wi-Fi, GPS, water bottles, internet)
- Coordinate with drivers, cleaning staff & support team
- Travel long distances daily (1214 hrs round trip)
Requirements
- Age: 1933 years (Male candidates only)
- Education: Min. 10th / Diploma / Intermediate / Degree
- Languages:
- Hyderabad & Tirupathi Fluent Telugu + Good English
- Chennai Fluent Tamil + Basic English
- Skills: Customer service, hospitality, sales, convincing skills
- Eligibility: Must reside within city limits & within 10 km of boarding point OR willing to relocate nearby
- Availability: Flexible to work nights, weekends & holidays
