Role Overview
We are looking for dynamic Talent Acquisition professionals with strong experience in bulk hiring and BPO recruitment. If you thrive in a fast-paced hiring environment and enjoy connecting talent with opportunities, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy
- Develop and execute hiring strategies aligned with business goals
- Set recruitment targets and ensure timely delivery
Sourcing & Engagement
- Source active and passive candidates via multiple channels
- Build strong talent pipelines and networks
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers
- Create compelling job descriptions
Performance & Optimization
- Track recruitment KPIs and improve hiring efficiency
- Identify new sourcing channels
Employer Branding
- Drive recruitment marketing initiatives
- Strengthen employer brand to attract top talent
Screening & Interviews
- Conduct candidate screening and interviews
- Ensure role-fit and quality hiring
Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain compliance with policies and data privacy
- Share regular hiring reports and updates
Eligibility
- Graduate (any discipline)
- 25 years of experience in recruitment (BPO required)
- Experience in bulk hiring is a must
Skills Required
- Strong communication (verbal & written)
- Ability to manage high-volume hiring
- Knowledge of recruitment metrics & sourcing strategies
- Strong stakeholder and candidate management skills
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
