Department - Maintenance

Education - B.E. /B. Tech Civil

Experience - 10+ years of experience in Contract Management/ Civil Procurement, Reporting to Functional Head

Qualification: Degree in CIVIL Engineering.

Minimum 10+ years of experience in Contract Management

Should have relative experience in commercial infra projects.

Good problem solving & analytical skills

Should have good negotiation skills.

Should have good knowledge of SAP.

JD:

Overall responsibility of procurement of CIVIL related jobs carried out in Maintenance department

Responsibility of Vendor developments

Responsibility to review technical specification, BOQ.

Overall responsibility of comparative statements, Negotiations with vendors.

Conduct the procurement analysis, Vendor evaluation.

Coordinate with various dept across the company & Prepare trackers of various activity

Negotiate and prepare rank orders.

Establish guidelines for techno commercial ratings of vendors.

Responsible for making rate contracts with vendors

Responsible for rate analysis ,Expanse analysis on monthly quarterly basis.

Review vendors and suppliers quotations to determine best price.
