Role Intent
Hire strong Python engineers with early exposure to AI/GenAI and data engineering, who will be accelerated through AI Superleague into deliveryready AI engineers.

Musthave

• Strong Python skills oriented to AI and data work (details below)
• E0 exposure to AI / ML / GenAI (basic understanding + some handson via notebooks, APIs, tools)
• Good comfort with data: SQL, structured and semistructured datasets
• Exposure to data engineering concepts such as ingestion, transformations, or ETL/ELT pipelines

Python proficiency (AI / Data Scienceoriented)

• Handson with Pandas and NumPy for data ingestion, cleaning, joins/aggregations, handling missing values, and creating featureready datasets
• Ability to work effectively in Jupyter / VS Code, writing clean, modular Python functions (basic OOP where required)
• Comfortable creating basic visualizations using Matplotlib to validate data quality, distributions, and anomalies
• Familiar with standard development practices for data/AI work (environment setup, Git basics, reproducible notebooks/scripts)

Expectation

• Mandatory participation in AI Superleague to build strong foundations across AI, GenAI, and Agentic AI and become billableready
