Handle international voice process calls from clients across various industries such as BPO, US process, and voice support.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively address customer issues and provide timely solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance metrics.
5 Days Working ,2 Days Rotational off.
Direct Payroll of Wipro.
One Way cab facility provided.
