Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead solution consulting for GenAI initiatives by translating client requirements into solution architecture and delivery plans
- Design and oversee implementation of LLM-based solutions ensuring reliability and scalability in production
- Evaluate AI/ML model capabilities and determine suitability for specific use cases
- Build and troubleshoot API-based solutions for GenAI applications
- Integrate LLMs using API endpoints to deliver client-ready capabilities
- Conduct rapid experiments with new LLM versions to evaluate features and performance
- Contribute to prompt engineering and LLM workflow design, including agent-based systems
- Support data engineering tasks for structured and unstructured data ingestion and preparation
- Collaborate with GenAI leads, clients, and internal teams for smooth delivery execution
- Ensure clear communication, documentation, and alignment across stakeholders
- Maintain strong project execution discipline and delivery governance
Skills Required:
- 6-9 years of experience in solution design, AI/ML, or related consulting roles
- Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence concepts and GenAI technologies
- Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in real-world use cases
- Experience designing or supporting API-based architectures and integrations
- Understanding of LLM behavior, evaluation, and performance assessment
- Exposure to prompt engineering techniques for LLM-based systems
- Familiarity with LLM agents and orchestration concepts (preferred)
- Basic understanding of Python for integration or experimentation (preferred)
- Experience working in client-facing roles with solution delivery responsibility
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (not specified but preferred)
