Job Overview
- Role: International/Domestic Chat Support
- Location: Bangalore
- Salary (Experienced): Up to 4.5 LPA
- Experience: 1 to 5 Years (International/Domestic Chat experience mandatory )
Key Responsibilities
- Global Engagement: Handle inbound and outbound chat/email with international/Domestic clients professionally.
- Problem Solving: Resolve customer queries and complaints with efficiency and accuracy.
- Documentation: Maintain precise records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Quality Standards: Adhere to process workflows, compliance, and quality benchmarks.
- Collaboration: Work with internal teams to handle escalations and ensure customer retention.
Who We Are Looking For
- Education: Graduates or Undergraduates in any stream.
- Communication: Excellent Verbal/Written English is a must.
- Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in Day/Early Morning and Rotational Offs.
- Technical Skills: Good typing speed and active listening abilities.
