Job Description
Role overview: A Senior Salesforce Developer at a key role in designing and implementing scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform. They focus on customization, integration, and optimization using Apex, Lightning Components, and OmniStudio tools. They ensure compliance, leverage low-code/no-code capabilities, and collaborate with architects and business teams to deliver secure, efficient banking workflows Must have: Proficiency in Low codeNo code design o OmniScript, Flexcard, Integration Procedures and Data mappers o Screen flow, flow, configuration management, Very good understanding of responsive UI design, Java Script and CSS Proficiency in writing apex code using Salesforce Enterprise Pattern along with o Optimized and tuned SOQL/SOSL writing o Salesforce CLI, VS Code, Data Loader. o REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, JWT. o Git, SFDX, GitLab Duo o Salesforce Access and Security Management o Streaming APIs (Platform event, Push Topic) Proficiency in writing QA automation unit test cases using Playwright Nice to have: Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA. Knowledge of salesforce data modeling, security architecture, and performance tuning. Using AI tools like GitLabDuo, Claude and Co-pilots for artifact generation and Optimisation. Note :- Barclays strategic direction is to leverage Low-Code and No-Code capabilities of Salesforce. Traditional pro-code development is not appreciated anymore. All developer should be pro in writing Playwright automated test cases.
