Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning / Data Analyst Engineer with strong expertise in SQL, Python, and machine learning algorithms. The candidate will be responsible for data analysis, model development, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the project lifecycle.
Primary Skills & Responsibilities
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts and algorithms, including:
- Regression & Time Series & Forecasting algos experience (good to have in in past 1-2 years of exp)
- Linear Regression
- Logistic Regression
- Forecasting Algorithms
- Experience in implementing machine learning models and validating their performance.
- Basic understanding of statistics
- Proficient in Python (Pandas, Data Wrangling, Transformation.. etc)
- Strong working knowledge of Python data analysis libraries, especially Pandas.
- Excel skills (7 on scale of 10)
- Ability to clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
- Interpret analytical results and present insights clearly to stakeholders.
Secondary Skills
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Familiarity with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI/CD workflows and code management.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
