Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in end-to-end IT recruitment, especially in volume/bulk hiring environments. The role involves hands-on sourcing, staff augmentation hiring, client driven recruitment, and effective coordination with stakeholders and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for large-scale IT hiring.
- Drive mass/volume hiring across development, testing, cloud, infra, and support roles.
Perform hands-on sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, social platforms, internal databases, and vendor partners.
- Execute staff augmentation hiring and work closely with client teams for requirement fulfillment.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, delivery teams, and business leaders to understand needs and hiring priorities.
- Manage and engage with vendor partners ensuring timely and quality submissions.
- Conduct screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and pipeline management.
- Maintain hiring dashboards, track metrics, and ensure closures within defined SLAs.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3-8 years of proven experience in IT recruitment, specifically volume/bulk hiring.
- Strong experience in staff augmentation and client-based IT hiring.
- Excellent stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities.
- Expertise in platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and and new age tool
- Strong IC recruiter with core tech hiring background
- Experience on SAP roles hiring will be preferred.
