We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist with a strong background in end-to-end IT recruitment, especially in volume/bulk hiring environments. The role involves hands-on sourcing, staff augmentation hiring, client driven recruitment, and effective coordination with stakeholders and vendors.

Perform hands-on sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, social platforms, internal databases, and vendor partners.
