Job Description

We are hiring for the position of Associate Agency Development Manager (AADM)- Agency Channel .

Role & Responsibilities:

Recruit and manage a team of insurance advisors
Train and motivate agents to achieve sales targets
Drive business through the agency channel
Monitor performance and ensure target achievement

Eligibility:

Graduate (any stream)
Sales experience preferred
Good communication & leadership skills
