Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
- Identify new business opportunities through referrals and generate leads for sales teams.
- Provide product training to healthcare professionals on the features, benefits, and usage of pharmaceuticals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop effective sales strategies.
- Promote company products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Build and maintain a network of contacts within the healthcare industry.
Job Requirements :
- 3-6 years of experience in hospital sales or pharma selling.
- Strong understanding of pharma marketing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions.
