Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Business Sourcing: Driving sales numbers through the DSA channel, connectors, and direct sales networks.
  • Team Management: Leading and motivating a team of Relationship Managers or Sales Officers to meet monthly disbursement targets.
  • Channel Development: Identifying and onboarding new channel partners, including brokers, builders, and CAs, to expand the sourcing funnel.
  • End-to-End Processing: Overseeing the loan lifecycle from lead generation and documentation to coordinating with credit teams for final disbursement.
  • Portfolio Quality: Ensuring high-quality sourcing to minimize NPAs and handling pre- and post-loan activities.
