Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administration tasks, including facility management, housekeeping, soft services, petty cash management, and property maintenance.
Coordinate with vendors for various services such as repair and maintenance of equipment/machinery.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to facilities management.
Provide support to other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-6 years of experience in administration or a related field (facility management).
Strong understanding of facility administration principles and practices.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
