Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and expand product offerings.
• Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure effective execution of sales plans and provide coaching for improvement.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.

Job Requirements :

• 1-7 years of experience in branch banking or similar industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective relationship building and strategy execution.
• Strong understanding of financial products such as deposits, loans, credit cards etc. .
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
