Project Role :Cloud Platform EngineerProject Role Description :Designs, builds, tests, and deploys cloud application solutions that integrate cloud and non-cloud infrastructure. Can deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creates a proof of architecture to test architecture viability, security and performance.

As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes testing and deploying these solutions to ensure they meet performance and security standards. The engineer also develops and validates architectural proofs to confirm the feasibility and robustness of the proposed cloud environments, ensuring smooth deployment and operational efficiency across diverse platforms. Roles Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the evaluation and implementation of new cloud technologies to enhance platform capabilities.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align cloud platform strategies with organizational goals. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure deployment and management.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Ability to design and validate cloud architecture for performance and scalability.
- Familiarity with integration of cloud and on-premises systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex cloud platform issues.
Good knowledge in Microsoft Azure Entra, conditional access policy , App SPN and issue troubleshooting.
-Should have good knowledge in Exchange Online, Exchange Onprem, Email flow troubleshooting.
-Good knowledge in ITIL (service now) Incident/Change/Problem records management.
-If have any knowledge on Messaging Gateways like Mail Marshal, ProofPoint, Enterprise Vault (email journaling solution), Global Relay (bonus Skills)
-MS certification (Azure or Office365) addonAdditional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Microsoft 365.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
