Description:

GlobalLogic looking for enthusiastic freshers with a strong foundation in cloud technologies and customer support to join our Technical Support team. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, assisting customers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality support delivery.


Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning preferred.
  • Basic understanding of Cloud Platform fundamentals, including IAM and Billing.
  • Awareness of cloud or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Knowledge of GenAI tools (AI/ML basics, Gemini, Copilot, etc.), AI prompting, chatbots, and no-code agents.
  • Understanding of chatbot data sources (e.g., email, chat, Google Drive, workspace tools).
  • Familiarity with AI prompts and responses. Basic knowledge of API troubleshooting.
  • Strong customer support skills across phone, chat, and email channels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good troubleshooting and analytical
  • Ability to empathize with customers and handle issues with care.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills to include coaching and interpersonal skills.
  • Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
  • Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
  • Must be ready to join immediately

Job Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers via email, chat, and phone to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Track and manage support queries to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide solutions aligned with customer-specific architectural and product requirements.
  • Ensure quick response and resolution times, meeting defined Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and deliver quality support in at least 90% of cases.
  • Use troubleshooting tools and techniques to identify root causes and provide clear solutions.
  • Document issues, solutions, and preventive measures for continuous improvement.
  • Create detailed reports for engineering teams, including reproduction steps and expected behavior.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product Engineering) to resolve product-related issues.
