Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work within Scrum teams to support QA tasks
- Fast learner, clear communication and executing the work assigned is critical
- Participate in discussions with the project team to analyze the functional and nonfunctional requirements of the solutions in Agile methodology
- Perform manual/automated testing and log detailed defects in Rally
- Design and develop scalable, flexible, and cross-platform automation tests
- Provide support in designing and execution of Performance tests based on Nonfunctional requirements
- Design and develop test approaches, test strategies, and test plans to ensure testing is right sized and risk-based testing principles are applied
- Participate in technical design reviews and be able to identify requirements ambiguity
- Provide QA status reports and escalate issues/risks in a timely manner to management for resolution
- Be responsible for ongoing continuous improvement to build testing efficiency and effectiveness using innovative QA practices
- Work closely with development and business partners during design and grooming sessions
- Review requirements and provide level of effort for various phases of testing
- Works with less structured, more complex issues
- Serves as a resource to others
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Working Knowledge of AI/ML technologies with AI certifications
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Automation testing to test both UI and API
- 8+ years of experience working with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.
- 8+ years of experience in Smoke, Functional, Regression, End to End scenario testing ,System Testing, Database Testing UAT Testing
- 4+ years in hands-on experience on supporting Performance testing using JMeter or Load Runner
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in using AI tools like Accelq
- Experience working in a CI/CD environment like Jenkins for executing automated tests
- Experience working with Agile Methodologies and Rally
- Excellent understanding of SDLC and automated QA processes in Agile development environments
