Job Description
An HR Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet organizational needs.
This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Schedule and manage interview processes Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers Negotiate job offers and handle salary discussions
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems like LinkedIn Recruiter and Workday Understanding of hiring practices and labor laws
- Ability to assess candidates effectively Time management and organizational skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience with bulk hiring or campus recruitment
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies
- Knowledge of HR analytics and reporting
- Experience in technical or non-technical hiring
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - Time-to-hire Quality of hire Offer acceptance rate Candidate experience Hiring manager satisfaction.
