Role: ServiceNow and AI Ops Automation Lead

Location: Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Mumbai

Experience Range: 8 to 12 Years

Job Description:

Service Now lead and Devops Strong Service now and Devops operations experience.
LLMs & Frameworks: Handson with Azure OpenAI / OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI; proficiency in LangChain/LangGraph, LLM orchestration, and prompt engineering.
RAG & Search: Experience with vector DBs (Pinecone/FAISS/Chroma/Milvus), hybrid search (BM25 + vectors), document loaders/parsers, embedding models, and evaluation methods.
LLMOps / MLOps: CI/CD for GenAI; model & prompt versioning, offline/online evals, canary, observability (tokens, cost, latency, safety events), feature stores, and governance.
APIs & Services: Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js (Express/Nest), REST/GraphQL, eventing, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes); experience with scaling and caching strategies.
Security & Compliance: Implement data minimization, differential privacy, content filtering, abuse monitoring, secrets management, and policyascode for enterprise environments
