QA Lead - Contractual @ Paytm

Job Description

We are looking for askilled QA Lead to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidatewill have a strong background in quality assurance and leadership, withexcellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and strategies toensure high-quality software products.
• Lead and manage a team of quality assurance engineers, providingguidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developmentand product management, to identify and prioritize testing requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of test results, identifying defectsand implementing fixes.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts using tools likeSelenium or Appium.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices inquality assurance.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles, methodologies,and tools.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the abilityto motivate and guide a team.
• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium orAppium.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention todetail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizingmultiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles andagile methodologies.
