• Manage and maintain Workday HCM modules such as Core HR, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, and Performance.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance within the Workday platform.
• Provide functional support to HR teams and resolve system-related issues.
• Partner with HR stakeholders to understand requirements and implement system enhancements.
• Support configuration changes, testing, and rollout of new Workday features.
• Generate reports and dashboards as required by HR and management.
• Assist in user training and documentation for Workday processes.
