Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone/chat
Resolve complaints, technical issues, orders, refunds
Provide accurate product & payment info
Coordinate with teams for issue resolution
Meet KPIs (TAT, CSAT, etc.)
Stay updated on company policies

Requirements:

0-4 yrs customer support experience
Good communication & problem-solving skills
Remote work capability + time management
Basic computer/CRM knowledge
Laptop, stable internet (10 Mbps+), quiet workspace
Flexible for shifts (nights/weekends)
No leaves for first 3 months, immediate joiner
