Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• 4+ Design, develop, and implement HAM & SAM modules
• Customize workflows, forms, and business rules for asset lifecycle management
• Manage hardware and software asset tracking, compliance, and optimization
• Integrate asset management systems with external tools (ERP, procurement, CMDB)
• Automate processes related to:
• Asset procurement
• Inventory management
• License tracking & compliance
• Ensure accurate asset data and reporting
• Work with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in asset management systems

Required Skills

• Strong experience in HAM (Hardware Asset Management)
• Strong experience in SAM (Software Asset Management)
• Hands-on experience with platforms like ServiceNow (HAM Pro / SAM Pro preferred)
• Knowledge of:
• Asset lifecycle management
• License compliance & optimization
• CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
• Experience with workflow automation & scripting
• Understanding of ITIL processes
• Good knowledge of integrations (APIs, REST/SOAP)
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
