Job Description

Job Title : Mainframe Developer

Location : Chennai/ Bangalore / Trivandrum/ Mumbai/ Kochi/ Pune

Experience Range : 5 - 10 Years

Working mode : 5 days of office

Must-Have :

Strong proficiency in Cobol programming.
Familiarity with mainframes architecture.
Knowledge on z/OS operating system, Batch vs Online processing.
Knowledge on DB2, SQL and data management methods like VSAM.
Knowledge on Performance and Optimization techniques.

Good-to-Have :

Working experience with IDEs and Debuggers like ISPF, Eclipse, Visual code etc.
Knowledge on the tools like Jira, Confluence

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks.
