1. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting walk-in customers
- First point of contact in the branch
- Understanding customer needs and guiding them accordingly
- Queue Management & Customer Routing
- Directing customers to teller, RM, service desk, or digital kiosks
- Helping customers fill forms (KYC, mandate, account opening, service requests)
- Digital Adoption Support
- Helping customers use ATM, CDM, passbook printer, mobile banking app, net banking
- Promoting paperless and digital channels
- Service Requests
- Handling basic SRs like cheque book request, statement printing, PIN generation
- Ensuring timely escalation and follow-up
- Customer Satisfaction
- Managing customer complaints and ensuring smooth branch experience
2. Skills Required
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset
- Presentation & grooming
- Patience and problem-solving
- Basic banking/branch operations understanding
3. Experience Level
- 15 years in customer service; hospitality/retail customer service experience is also accepted. Candidates from Banking, NBFC is preferred.
