Job Description

We are building a high-frequency B2B OEM Partners platform in the Automotive Insurance + Roadside Assistance ecosystem, where speed, clarity, and conversion directly impact revenue.

This is not a visual design role. You will design systems where:

• A dealer can complete a transaction in less than 60 seconds
• Complex workflows feel effortless
• Dashboards drive real business decisions
• Transparency and real-time visibility for business stakeholders
• Tracking and real-time status update as part of very intuitive UI

Our Mission

You will own the end-to-end user experience of our B2B Partners platform and be directly responsible for:

• Reducing friction in workflows
• Improving task completion speed
• Increasing partners conversion & engagement

If a partner takes 10 steps today, your job is to make it 3.

Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy (Primary)

• Design complete user journeys:
• Partner onboarding
• Policy issuance
• Claims
• Dashboard insights
• Optimize flows to 35 steps max per action

Conversion Optimization

• Improve:
• Task completion time
• Conversion rate
• Feature adoption

Product Thinking

• Translate business logic into intuitive flows
• Identify friction points and eliminate them

UI Design

• Build clean, mobile-first interfaces
• Create scalable design systems

Collaboration

• Work closely with developers & product team
• Ensure designs are implemented as intended

Requirements

• Experience in product / SaaS / dashboard-based design
• Strong expertise in: Whatever is applicable
• Figma / Adobe XD
• Wireframing & prototyping
• User journey mapping
