Job Description
Role : Java Developer
Experience: 5 - 10 Years
Location: Bangalore / Chennai / Mumbai/ Gurgaon/ HYD/Pune
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are looking for an experienced Java Associate with strong hands-on development expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Java-based application development and modern frameworks, with exposure to microservices and cloud technologies.
Primary Skills (Must-Have)
- Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Java development experience
- Strong understanding of Core Java (Java 8 and above)
- Proficiency in Spring Framework, including:
- Spring
- Spring Boot
- Spring Data
- Experience with Hibernate, JPA
- Strong experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs
- Knowledge of Messaging Concepts (Kafka / JMS / RabbitMQ conceptual or hands-on)
- Good understanding of Java 8 features:
- Lambda Expressions
- Streams API
- Functional Programming concepts
- Solid knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design Patterns
Secondary / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Microservices Architecture
- Cloud exposure is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure is highly desirable
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications
- Build & consume REST APIs and integrate with external systems
- Apply best practices in coding, design patterns, and performance optimization
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
