Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

Own and drive Bank Reconciliation for TCL

Disbursement & Collection bank reconciliation for all banks

Control GL s reconciliation

Closely work with the team and provide the solution on day to day transactions issue.

Partner with stakeholders across business units (ex: Collections, Central Ops, finance, IT) for smooth and timely bank recon.

Manage our banker relations.

Build culture of
automation.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Graduation/Post Graduation desirable

years of experience in Bank Reconciliation in a large financial institution

Experience in managing high volume of transactions

Preferred Skills

Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

Problem solving abilities

Understanding of retail asset operations

Understanding of Operations risk and its mitigants
