Job Description

Job Title: Consultant - IFS

Reports To: Base Head
Minimum Qualification: 10+2

Key Responsibilities

1. Employee Diary updation, Like Medical renewal of Form 34 & 35,/ BA+ / Safety related letters etc.
2. Filing of  Mandatory documents like Advisory letters/Prof check /FAM form/ Job Shadow/Trainee Lead Check form/Form 34 A & 35 / BA+ letters / Safety related letters
3. Maintain & Upkeep record of stationary / Uniform requirement & Distribution / Ancillary stock at base
4. follow up of Pending  Sales Report / Flight Report and closure
5. Timely process and follow up with crew for updation of AEP / PVC documents submission date in AEP portal and AEP ready notification to crew as well.
6. Stock Maintainence of Cabin Documents like  office stationey /CCMS / log book / I owe you slip  to ensure stock availibility
7. Ensuring documents like SSR, CHS, BHS, New forms are readily available for cabin crew
8. Print out of arrival crew for sickness management
9. Identifying crew by marking of roster for Appreciation / Feedback / 6E Achiever/ Contract renewals/Certificate / Badges etc.
10. Calling crew to check passport & Medical status
11. Maintaining daily NA % shared crew planning team for NA reduction and follow up
12. Weight check data maintenance
13. Regular updation of Briefing Cubicle and Notice board with last 3 circular and IMP communications
14. To ensure all data required to MIS is available for Data Analysis
