Apply structured change management methodologies to lead change activities, assess change impacts, and develop tailored strategies that maximize adoption and minimize resistance
Collaborate closely with project teams to embed change management into project plans, ensuring alignment across initiatives and supporting seamless execution
Work with key change sponsors, coach senior leaders and C-level executives in their sponsor roles, and provide direct support to frontline managers and supervisors during transitions
Identify, analyze, and mitigate change-related risks; proactively manage anticipated resistance to ensure smooth adoption and stakeholder alignment
Create actionable change deliverables such as stakeholder analyses, communication plans, and training plans. Develop engaging communication collaterals including emailers, banners, videos, and posters to support awareness and engagement
Support training efforts, define and track change KPIs, build adoption dashboards, monitor progress, and manage governance of change activities to ensure accountability and continuous improvement

Technical and Professional Requirements:
Overall experience of 67 years, with at least 34 years of hands-on involvement in managing transformation projects across business or technology domains
Masters degree with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to clearly articulate messages to diverse audiences
Ability to influence stakeholders towards a common vision and maintain strong relationships with clients and project managers
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Visio); familiarity with creative tools like Adobe Acrobat, Captivate, Articulate, etc. is a plus
Exposure to domains such as CPG, Retail, Manufacturing, and Financial Services is desirable, along with a strong inclination towards technology-enabled change (e.g., automation, AI)
Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously, work effectively with geographically dispersed teams, and contribute to a collaborative team culture
