Job Summary
We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Inbound Officer Kotak 811. The role involves handling inbound customer queries while identifying cross-selling opportunities to enhance customer experience and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls efficiently and professionally
Resolve customer queries related to banking products and services
Deliver high-quality customer service (approx. 75% of role)
Identify and execute cross-selling opportunities (approx. 25% of role)
Maintain call quality and productivity standards (100 to 150 calls per day)
Achieve individual and team targets
Eligibility Criteria
Education: Graduate (mandatory)
Experience: Minimum sales experience required (Freshers not eligible)
Age Limit: 20 to 30 years
Communication: Excellent spoken English skills
Employment Gap: Not more than 6 months
Compensation & Benefits
CTC: Up to 3,59,000 per annum (based on interview performance)
In-hand Salary:
Approx. 18,000/month (entry level)
Up to 24,000/month (experienced candidates)
Incentives: Up to 5,000 per month
Payroll: Direct employment with Kotak Mahindra Bank
Work Schedule
Shift Timing: Between 8:00 AM 8:00 PM (any 9-hour rotational shift)
Weekly Offs:
First 6 months: 4 rotational offs per month
After confirmation (6 months): 6 rotational offs per month
