As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team. Professional Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- Experience in designing and developing automated workflows using Microsoft Robotic Process Automation tools with strong experience with UiPath Studio and Orchestrator for automation development, also experience with Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) tools and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies with knowledge of Low-Code application development and rapid solution delivery.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex automation issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integrating robotic process automation solutions with various enterprise systems.
- Should have proficiency in Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Expertise in API design and integration for seamless connectivity.
- Understanding of secure, scalable, and resilient architecture.Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
