I am reaching out regarding Enterprise Sales Manager (Logistics & Freight Forwarding) opportunities at a leading Freight Forwarding logistics company across Mumbai, Gurugram, Bangalore, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and Delhi.
We are seeking "whale hunters"high-functioning individual contributors capable of penetrating Indias top 500 importers and exporters. This full-time role focuses on architecting supply chain strategies and consulting on global trade efficiency at the CXO level.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Hunting: Mapping and building a pipeline of top enterprise prospects through high-level outreach.
- C-Level Engagement: Building relationships with VPs and Heads of Supply Chain to discuss business efficiency and working capital.
- Complex Deal Management: Leading high-stakes RFQs and partnering with internal teams to create winning proposals.
- Revenue Accountability: Delivering on specific Gross Profit and Revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 5 to 10+ years of experience (5 to 8 years specifically in Freight Forwarding or International Logistics preferred).
- Strong executive presence and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
- A structured, high-urgency approach to growth and deal management.
Growth Tiers:
- Level I (up to 5 years exp): Up to 12 LPA CTC
- Level II (510 years exp): 12 24 LPA CTC
- Level III (10+ years exp): 25 LPA+ CTC
