Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced AI Team Lead with 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML and Python to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI solutions. The role involves technical leadership, team mentoring, and close collaboration with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using Python
- Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions
- Oversee model training, evaluation, optimization, and production deployment
- Ensure best practices in ML lifecycle, MLOps, and code quality
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Analytics (any)
- Hands-on experience in model deployment and MLOps
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
