Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritise high-value sectors in Australia (Retail chains, QSR/F&B, Pharmacy,

Logistics/Warehousing, Franchise networks) and build a target account list (100200 enterprises) through

structured outbound efforts aligned to market potential.

  • Define and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the Australian market, including sector-wise

approach, target customers, solution positioning, and revenue plan.

  • Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline aligned to revenue targets, ensuring consistent deal flow and visibility.
  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales execution from opportunity identification to closure, ensuring alignment

with client requirements, timelines, and commercial objectives.

  • Develop a strong understanding of customer use cases and deployment requirements to position the right mix of POS hardware, software, and services.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years in B2B enterprise sales, ideally in POS, IT hardware, SaaS, or tech solutions
  • Proven ability to close large, multi-site deals and hit revenue targets consistently
  • Strong at building and managing a solid sales pipeline from scratch
  • Good commercial sense understands pricing, margins, and structuring deals
  • Clear and confident communication and negotiation skills

Preferred:

  • Experience working with or selling into the international market (Preferred : ANZ market)
  • Strong exposure to multi-site retail, QSR/hospitality, or warehouse/logistics environments with technology deployments
  • Experience selling complete solutions (hardware + software + services)
