Job Title: Integration & Automation Engineer (Gen AI / SharePoint / AWS)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Integration & Automation Engineer with experience in API integrations, workflow automation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in building scalable integrations across platforms, along with exposure to Gen AI, SharePoint, and AWS environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain API integrations and automation workflows across systems
• Build and optimize workflow-based automation solutions to improve operational efficiency
• Integrate applications using REST APIs, webhooks, and middleware tools
• Work with ticketing/operations systems to manage incidents, requests, and escalations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement end-to-end integration solutions
• Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to defined SLA and escalation protocols
• Support automation using tools like Power Automate, Zapier, or RPA platforms
• Contribute to solutions involving SharePoint, Slack integrations, and cloud services (AWS)
• Explore and implement Gen AI-based automation use cases where applicable

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have)

• Strong experience in API development / integrations (REST APIs, Webhooks)
• Hands-on experience in automation workflows / process automation tools
• Exposure to ticketing or operations systems (e.g., incident/request handling)
• Good understanding of logic-based or decision-driven automation

Preferred Qualifications (Good-to-Have)

• Experience with Slack or bot-based automation
• Knowledge of SharePoint / data tracking systems
• Understanding of SLA management and escalation handling
• Hands-on experience with low-code/no-code tools (Power Automate, Zapier, RPA)
• Exposure to AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Generative AI integrations (OpenAI, GPT-based workflows)
