SUMMARY

International Customer Support Representative

Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an International Customer Support Representative. As a key member of our global support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across different time zones. This role requires strong communication skills, adaptability, and a willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts. Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone in different time zones
Provide professional and positive responses to global clients
Adapt to working in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Apply knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Requirements

Requirements:

Graduates or Master's degree holders
Excellent English communication skills
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
