Manipal Hospitals is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our Finance and Accounts team. The Financial & Accounts professional will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role is essential for ensuring the financial health of the organization, assisting in budgeting processes, and supporting decision-making with timely and accurate financial information. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing financial insights and analysis to support strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of returns.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data reporting.
- Conduct audits and assessments to ensure financial processes are efficient and compliant with internal and external standards.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software. Skills and Tools Required:
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial management.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, SAP, or equivalent.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in financial reporting. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional certification (CA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is preferred.

As a Financial Analyst at Manipal Hospitals, you will play a critical role in analyzing financial data and trends to support strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for preparing and maintaining financial reports to guide the management team in optimizing financial performance. Additionally, your insights will help identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. About the Team:
You will be part of a dynamic finance team that collaborates closely with various departments within Manipal Hospitals. This team thrives on teamwork and innovation, focusing on providing valuable financial insights that drive hospital operations. The collaborative environment encourages professional development and mentoring, ensuring that all team members are equipped with the necessary skills to excel. You are Responsible for:
Conducting financial modeling and forecasting to predict future financial performance.
Analyzing monthly financial reports to identify variances and providing actionable insights to management.
Preparing budgets and assisting in the financial planning process across departments.
Monitoring compliance with financial regulations and corporate policies to maintain organizational integrity.
Assisting in audits and financial reviews to ensure accuracy and transparency of financial data. To succeed in this role you should have the following:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with relevant certifications being a plus.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication skills to present financial findings to non-financial stakeholders effectively.
Attention to detail and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
Experience in healthcare finance would be advantageous, along with a strong understanding of financial regulations.
