Job description

We are hiring for inbound voice process(insurance queries).

Designation: Associate Customer Support

Shift Timing: Girls: 8AM - 8PM (any 10hrs) Boys: 8 AM-11PM (Any 10hrs)

5 days working & 2 rotational week-off

Qualification: Graduation is mandatory

Experience: Fresher or Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the BPO industry

Skills Required:

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi

Good typing speed with accuracy

Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills

Ability to manage queries and resolve issues effectively

Roles & Responsibilities:

Resolve insurance-related issues and queries over calls

Manage customer calls with a focus on exceptional service and timely query resolution

Actively respond to customer needs, concerns, and feedback appropriately

Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system

Salary:

Fresher: 20.8k in hand

Experience: 24.2k in hand
