Job Brief:-
- This role will be Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales.
- Handling calls, collecting and updating the database.
- Follow-up with customers & managing database of leads allocation
- Improvement and quality assurance programs
- Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computer.

- Any Graduate

- Good communication skills (face to face and via the phone)
- Good interpersonal communication / negotiation skills (technical and commercial competent)
- Great Networking skills
