Job Description
Please Note: This is a role for Generative & Agentic AI Trainer, who is interested to provide trainings.
Role Distribution:
- 80%: Training, mentoring, curriculum & certification delivery
- 20%: AI agent design, development, and hands-on demonstrations
About the Role:
We are seeking an Generative AI & Agentic AI Trainer who will primarily focus on delivering high-impact, industry-aligned training programs, while also contributing to hands-on AI agent development. This role blends instructor-led corporate training and certification delivery with practical exposure to building real-world AI agents using modern GenAI and LLM frameworks.
Candidates should demonstrate a genuine interest in training and mentoring individuals. While prior experience in delivering training programs is an advantage, it is not mandatory. Candidates with strong technical expertise and a passion for mentoring and upskilling learners are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Training & Facilitation (Primary):
- Deliver instructor-led training on Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI
- Conduct corporate workshops, and certification programs
- Lead hands-on labs, case studies, and capstone projects
- Customize training programs based on enterprise & learner requirements
- Mentor learners on real-world AI problem solving
- Evaluate assignments, projects, and certification outcomes
2. Curriculum & Certification Development:
- Develop, design, enhance curriculum, assessments, real-world projects aligned with global certification standards
- Ensure training content reflects current industry tools, trends, and use cases
3. AI Agent Development & Technical Contribution (Secondary):
- Design, build, and demonstrate end-to-end AI agents using LLMs (GPT, Claude, etc.)
- Architect single-agent and multi-agent workflows using LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, or similar frameworks
- Implement RAG pipelines/ Integrate AI models / Support deployment
- Contribute to internal PoCs, demos, and reference architectures for training programs
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Must-Have:
1. Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI and Agentic AI
2. Proficiency in Python for AI/ML and LLM-based application development
3. Experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, HuggingFace, etc.)
4. Hands-on knowledge of LangChain, AutoGPT
5. Deep understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate)
6. Experience with RAG pipelines and memory-augmented agents
7. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
Nice-to-Have:
1. Proven experience in corporate training, mentoring, or professional instruction
2. Experience deploying AI agents
3. Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
4. Experience with LMS platforms or certification bodies
5. Contributions to open-source AI projects, blogs, or research
Educational Background:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields
